Basic MOS gate: the Inverter
The simplest logic gate build with one MOS. Here we define some parameters, like VM.
VM is the SWITCHING THRESHOLD: the point where Vin = Vout. The best value is Vdd/2, allowing to have the same noise margin for both high and low logic levels.
